Our installers will bring with them to the job a copy of your balance invoice, a postage-paid envelope, and an installer certificate of completion.
When the installation process is complete, our installer will ask you to sign the certificate and note whether you are satisfied. Sometimes, during the installation process, we may find product that is damaged in some way (like a hole in a screen or scratched hardware). That would be noted on that certificate and be assured, any such deficiencies will be addressed.
The outstanding balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the installation. Please place a check in the envelope we will provide. You may give it to our crew foreman or place it in the mail.
