What is the procedure for weather-related cancellation or delays?

We cannot install in heavy rain. If they are to the point that they can be working inside, they may do so. We do not typically make the call to delay our start time or to cancel for the day until the morning of. If weather is an issue, we touch base with our installer around 7:00 a.m. and you will be notified by 8:00 a.m.
